Ultrasonic Leviation in two dimensions

While experimenting with the Sonic Levitation Machine, I decided to use one in the “X” axis and another in the “Y” axis. You can see how the two sonic beams interfere with each other and cause interesting points of levitation.

Or in this case, just trying to build technology that could lead to a real, working anti-gravity platform or hoverboard.  In theory, with enough power and the right transducers to create a huge amount of sound pressure, you could lift heavy objects off the ground.  The science and math required to do this is complex(…)

The Sonic Levitation Machine will teach you how to create an anti-gravity levitation field using extremely powerful ultrasonic waves.

Sonic Levitation Driver Board

Sonic Levitation Driver Board

The heart of the Sonic Levitation Machine is this electronic driver board that powers the ultrasonic transducer. Unlike typical 28kHz transducer drivers, this design provides the clean energy needed to levitate objects.   The Sonic Levitation Machine produces an ultrasonic wave of 28,000 cycles per second with a wavelength of 12.14286 millimeters.  It uses up(…)
