We do our best to quality assure each item by testing it before it leaves our hands. In the event that you think you got a defective item, simply let us know and we will be happy to either help you troubleshoot or quickly replace the item for you.
Kickstarter items are not refundable. You are backing an idea or project and getting a product as a reward.
No returns on items purchased more than fifteen (15) days from current date.
We do not rent our units for testing so there may be a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to deny any returns.
If you soldered or experimented with the item, it is not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges in either direction are not refundable.
All defective returns must include all the factory accessories unless we state otherwise in an email to you.
